・Points may only be redeemed for designated rewards and cannot be applied toward purchases, shipping fees or cash payments.
・Shipping fees apply to all reward orders. Free-shipping promotions are not applicable.
・Available delivery methods and fees depend on the destination, parcel size and checkout options.
・GoodCAR is an oversized reward and requires home delivery.
・Once a reward order is completed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or converted back into points, except when the item is unavailable or defective.
・Points earned from a cancelled, returned or refunded purchase will be deducted automatically.
・Points cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, redeemed for change or moved to another account.
・Rewards are available in limited quantities. Items, availability and required points are subject to the member center.
・TonyKwang reserves the right to revise the reward selection, point requirements and program terms.

Shipping for reward items

Reward items may be ordered separately. Free-shipping promotions do not apply, and all shipping fees are paid by the member.

Delivery within Taiwan:

・Convenience-store pickup: NT$65
・Home delivery: NT$130

Available delivery methods and fees depend on the destination, parcel size and options shown at checkout. International shipping fees are also calculated at checkout.

GoodCAR is an oversized reward and must be shipped by home delivery. Please select the home-delivery option during checkout.

POINT EXPIRATION

Point validity

Points earned between January 1 and December 31 of each year expire on June 30 of the following year.

For example, points earned in 2026 will expire on June 30, 2027. Expired points cannot be reinstated.
