Returns & Exchanges Policy
(Applicable to Taiwan only. Not applicable to other countries or regions.)
1. Can I Return or Exchange My Online Purchase?
All products purchased through the official TONYKWANG website (excluding innerwear products) are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Innerwear products are classified as personal hygiene items under Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act. Once opened, they are not eligible for the 7-day cooling-off period. Please do not open the packaging if you intend to return the item.
Products purchased under bundle or promotional offers must be returned or exchanged as a complete set, including all original packaging. Partial returns of individual items within a bundle are not accepted.
2. Return Policy for Online Purchases
Items must be:
Unused
Unwashed
Unaltered
Undamaged
With original tags attached
In original condition including accessories and gifts
Not part of excessive or abusive return behavior
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
If the return is requested due to personal reasons, please contact the TONYKWANG Customer Service Center via email, official social media page, or order message.
After returning the product and once it is inspected and approved, a full refund will be processed.
Bank transfer fees (if applicable) shall be borne by the customer.If the return or exchange is due to defects not caused by human factors (such as stains, damage, or manufacturing defects), please return the item to TONYKWANG for inspection.
Once confirmed, we will proceed with an exchange or refund.
Please provide the shipping receipt for the return postage — this amount will be refunded together with the product refund.If multiple items were purchased and only part of the order is being returned due to personal reasons:
Please return the specific item(s) to TONYKWANG.
The refund will be recalculated after deducting any promotional discounts originally applied.
Certain payment methods may require the entire order to be refunded; in such cases, all items in the order must be returned.
If the original order qualified for free shipping and a return causes the order to no longer meet the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted.
Shipping fees are calculated based on parcel weight, shipping method, and destination. Please refer to the “Shipping Policy” page for details.
How to Request a Return
Please contact TONYKWANG Customer Service via email, official social media page, or order message and provide:
Order number
Product SKU of the item(s) to be returned
Reason for return
Customer Service Hours:
Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (excluding national holidays)
3. Exchange Policy for Online Purchases
If the exchange is due to defects not caused by human factors (stains, damage, manufacturing defects):
Please contact Customer Service.
Return the item to TONYKWANG for inspection.
Once confirmed, a replacement will be shipped.
Please provide the return shipping receipt; the shipping cost will be converted into store credit and added to your customer account.
If the exchange is due to personal reasons:
Please contact Customer Service.
Return the item to TONYKWANG.
The customer is responsible for the reshipping cost of the replacement item.
After inspection, the replacement item will be shipped.
Note:
TONYKWANG garments, like other premium brands, are handcrafted and sewn manually. Minor loose threads inside the garment may occur and do not constitute a defect. These can be carefully trimmed without affecting product quality.
4. How Long Does the Refund Process Take?
After you submit a return request and we confirm receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process the refund.
Refunds will be issued to:

The original payment account.
Processing times vary depending on the issuing bank. Please contact your bank directly for specific refund timelines.
5. Return & Exchange Methods
To initiate a return or exchange:
Contact Customer Service and explain the reason.
Do not remove tags and ensure the item remains in complete condition.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will proceed with a refund or ship the replacement item.

TONYKWANG reserves the right to refuse any malicious or abusive return or exchange requests.
