Returns & Exchange Policy
(Applicable to Taiwan only. Not applicable to other countries or regions.)
Return Requests
If you wish to request a return, please contact our customer service within the legally required return period after receiving your order.
Returned items must be in brand-new, unused condition and include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
Items are provided for inspection only and are not intended for trial use. Returns cannot be accepted if items show signs of wear, damage, odor, or any condition that may affect resale.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following requirements:
- Item is unused and in brand-new condition
- All original tags and accessories are intact
- Item has no perfume, smoke, or other odors
- Item shows no signs of wear, stains, or damage
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene or product nature, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, socks)
- Custom-made or personalized items
Shipping Policy
Return Shipping
Return shipping within the legally required return period will be covered by our company.
Order Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are calculated according to our website shipping policy or applicable free-shipping promotions.
Free Shipping Orders
If a return causes the order total to fall below the free-shipping threshold, the original outbound shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or an incorrect shipment, all related shipping costs will be fully covered by our company.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Processing time is approximately 7–14 business days.
Additional Notes
If returned items do not meet the return conditions after inspection, the items will be returned to the customer and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
TONYKWANG reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all return requests.

Please submit your return request through your order account page, or contact us via email, Facebook page, or order message with the reason for return.
Please ensure that all original tags remain attached and the item is in complete and unused condition.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process the refund or ship the replacement item.
