Review Your Order and Earn Store Credit
Your honest feedback can help the next customer make a better choice
Complete all product reviews for your order within the specified review period. Once every requirement has been met, NT$100 in store credit will be added automatically to your member account.

Store Credit Delivery and Validity
Your store credit will be issued automatically after all requirements are met
・Reward: NT$100 in store credit
・Delivery: Issued automatically after all requirements are met
・Reward limit: Once per eligible order
・Validity: 30 days from the date of issue
・Usage: Subject to TonyKwang’s store credit terms

Terms and Conditions
Please review the following terms before participating
・This reward is available only for orders placed through a TonyKwang member account.
・The 20-day review period begins on the date the order is marked as completed.
・Every item in the order must be reviewed to qualify for the reward.
・Each review must contain at least 15 characters and include at least one product photo.
・Each eligible order may receive NT$100 in store credit once.
・Store credit will be issued to the member account used to place the order.
・Store credit is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Expired credit cannot be reinstated.
・Store credit cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or moved to another member account.
・Cancelled, returned or refunded orders are not eligible. Any store credit already issued may be revoked.
・If the reward is not issued automatically, members may contact the official TonyKwang LINE account for assistance.
・Reviews must reflect the customer’s genuine purchase and product experience.
・TonyKwang reserves the right to remove reviews that are false, duplicated, unrelated to the product or otherwise inappropriate.
・The use of store credit is subject to TonyKwang’s store credit terms.
・TonyKwang reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this reward program and its terms.

How to Earn Your Store Credit

Complete three steps to receive NT$100 in store credit

STEP 01｜Wait Until Your Order Is Completed
Orders are usually marked as “Completed” approximately 7–10 days after delivery. You will receive an email once the status has been updated.

Your 20-day review period begins on the date your order is marked as completed.

STEP 02｜Write Your Reviews in the Member Center
Sign in to your TonyKwang account and go to:

Member Center → Orders → Write a Review

STEP 03｜Review Every Item in Your Order
Every item in the order must be reviewed. Each review must contain at least 15 characters and include at least one product photo.

Once all requirements have been met, NT$100 in store credit will be issued automatically.

Review Requirements

Each eligible order can receive the NT$100 store credit reward once.

When You Can Start Reviewing
You can submit your reviews once your order is marked as completed

Contact us through the official TonyKwang LINE account for assistance
If you have completed all review requirements but have not received your store credit, please contact the official TonyKwang LINE account and provide:

・Member name
・Order number
・A screenshot showing the completed reviews

Once your eligibility has been confirmed, our team will assist with issuing the store credit manually.
