Your membership tier is automatically determined by your eligible spending over the past 12 months.

Once you meet the required amount, your tier will be upgraded automatically.

No application is required, and you will not need to start over.

MEMBER POINT REWARDS

Membership points are exclusively for redeeming products.

Earn points as you shop: 50 points for every NT$1,000 spent, with double points for SVIP members.

Q1｜HOW IS MY MEMBERSHIP TIER DETERMINED?

When the membership program launches, your tier is automatically determined based on eligible past purchases that can be identified by the system. Long-time customers who already qualify will not need to start over.

After launch, your tier will continue to be determined by your eligible order total over the past 12 months. Once you reach the required amount, your tier will be upgraded automatically. No application is required.

Please note that “spending over the past 12 months” is the calculation used for tier upgrades. Once upgraded, you will receive a separate 12-month membership term. These are two different mechanisms. See Q4 for details about membership validity and renewal.

Q2｜I HAVE PURCHASED FROM TONYKWANG BEFORE. WHY DON’T I HAVE A MEMBERSHIP TIER?

The most common reason is that your previous purchases were placed through guest checkout, so the order history was not linked to a member account.

Please register using the phone number or email address used for those orders, or contact Customer Service. We will help you verify and recover the relevant purchase records.

Q3｜HOW IS ELIGIBLE SPENDING FOR A TIER UPGRADE CALCULATED?

Eligible spending is calculated based on the amount actually paid for products in qualifying orders. Shipping fees are not included.

An order will only count after it reaches an eligible status recognized by the system. Cancelled, returned, refunded or otherwise ineligible orders will not be included.

Your current eligible spending total is subject to the amount displayed in your Member Account.

Q4｜CAN MY MEMBERSHIP TIER BE DOWNGRADED?

Once upgraded, your membership tier remains valid for 12 months. This membership term is separate from the rolling 12-month spending calculation used for tier upgrades.

Your current tier will renew automatically if you meet the following renewal threshold during your membership term:

・VIP: NT$3,000
・VVIP: NT$6,000
・SVIP: NT$10,000

No renewal application is required. After a successful renewal, qualifying spending for the new membership term will reset to zero.

If you do not meet the renewal threshold before your membership expires, your tier will be reassessed based on your actual eligible spending.

Q5｜HOW DO I USE THE SVIP 10% STOREWIDE DISCOUNT?

There is no coupon to claim and no promo code to enter.

Simply log in to your SVIP account, and the 10% discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

Q6｜CAN MEMBERSHIP POINTS BE USED AS CASH?

No.

TonyKwang membership points are exclusively for redeeming products. Instead of using them for a small discount, we want you to enjoy redeeming them for a cap, a tote bag or an exclusive item that is not available for regular purchase.

Q7｜HOW DO I EARN POINTS? DO THEY EXPIRE?

Members, VIP and VVIP members earn 50 points for every NT$1,000 spent.

SVIP members earn double points, receiving 100 points for every NT$1,000 spent.

Every month from the 10th to the 12th is TonyKwang Member Days. During this period, all members earn double points on eligible purchases.

Points are calculated based on the amount actually paid for products in eligible orders. Please refer to your Member Account for your current points balance and expiration dates.

Q8｜HOW WILL I RECEIVE A PRODUCT REDEEMED WITH POINTS?

After completing a redemption in the Points & Rewards section, the product will be shipped through the standard order fulfilment process.

Reward quantities are limited and available only while supplies last. New products and exclusive rewards will continue to be added.

Q9｜HOW DOES FREE SHIPPING WORK?

TonyKwang currently offers three ways to receive free shipping:

・Free shipping on a single order over NT$3,000
・Free shipping on the first order placed by a new customer
・Year-round free shipping for VVIP and SVIP members, with no minimum spend

Q10｜WHAT IS PADDOCK, AND HOW CAN I JOIN?

PADDOCK is TonyKwang’s highest membership status and is offered by invitation only.

Public applications are not accepted, and the invitation criteria are not disclosed. Eligible members will be contacted directly by TonyKwang.

Q11｜WHEN WILL MY BIRTHDAY SHOPPING CREDIT BE ISSUED?

Birthday shopping credit will be issued automatically to your Member Account during your birthday month. The amount is based on your applicable membership tier at the time of issue.

The credit is valid for 30 days from the date of issue and can be applied directly at checkout. Expired credit cannot be reissued.

Q12｜WILL THE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM CHANGE IN THE FUTURE?

TonyKwang may continue to refine the membership program according to operational needs.

If a significant change affects membership benefits, we will announce it at least 14 days before it takes effect.

Membership tiers granted before a change will remain subject to their original validity periods and renewal terms. Points already earned and shopping credit already issued will also remain available under their original validity periods and conditions.
